Santacruz Residencial Tower
This is residential tower at santacruz, addressed as H2O by MS Reality, this girder was prestressed with M40 grade concrete but due to inadequate compaction the concrete from bottom of beam was started spalling as shown in image above. This girder beam then treated with low viscous grout and carbon fibre wrapping as shown in images below.
Retrofitting Of Heavy Girder Beam in High Rise Tower Mulund
The heavy girder beam of 35 storey building was loaded with additional dead load of a heavy machinery over it which was also producing vibrations while working, resulting to which girder beam was deflected within its permissible limit, so considering safety factor the girder was strengthened by providing additional reinforcement & concrete jacketed, & finally wrapped with carbon fibre for providing additional stiffness.

Navin Fluorine International Limited (Bharuch, Gujrat)
This Plant is located at bharuch in around 5 sq.km area, where we have treated ETP tank against thermal & acidic reaction , this tank is used to store liquid containing PH value 2 which is highly acidic in nature due to which concrete and reinforcement was highy distressed and it was restored using glass flakes acid proofing system.
J. V Enterprises Siddhiyog Building
Rehabilitation of highly dilapidated, burned 50 yrs old Building for Residential ( B+Stilt+10 Storey) of Columns Compressive Strength Deficiency,Carbon Fibre wrapping process work with the procedure of treatment with Concerte Jacketing from column footing, Glass Fibre Wrapping and Deck Slab Installation.
